Open Water Schedule

• Class meets Saturday and Sunday for 2 weeks or Monday, Wednesday & Friday for 2 weeks.
• Accelerated Weekend Class: Friday, Saturday & Sunday Only
• Private Class meets on your schedule.

ALL OPEN WATER CLASS SCHEDULES REQUIRE:
1. Read text answer questions in each chapter before class starts. View DVD prior to class starting. Ask about our DVD $10 credit program.
2. Maximum class size is 6 students to 1 instructor for regular classes and 4 students to 1 instructor for accelerated classes.
• MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, & FRIDAY Class Meets 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• SATURDAY & SUNDAY Class Meets 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
• FRIDAY, SATURDAY & SUNDAY Class Meets Friday, Evening 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM; Saturday & Sunday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (3 DAYs)
• PRIVATE Classes are arranged according to the days provided by the student.
Open Water class includes: Book, economy dive log, student record folder (a $5 fee will be assessed if folder is not brought to 1st class meeting) certification card fee, rental equipment for pool and local open water dives, use of the pool, and equipment for practice sessions. Upgrade to deluxe dive log for only $15.00 more!
Student must provide: Mask, booties, fins, snorkel, and weight belt with weights (hood and gloves recommended) for Open Water dives. Certification dives are additional and will be arranged with the instructor. Open Water Certification dives must be completed within 6 months from the completion of class & pool training.
Lynnhaven Dive Center is proud to support the “Wounded Warrior” program, ask staff for details. Special needs scuba instructor on staff.
