*SNORKELING*

Snorkeling is an exciting activity that anyone of any age can enjoy with a minimum of equipment and little training. Snorkeling is a great year-round sport, no matter where you live; from exploring the beautiful ocean reefs to discovering your local lake or river. You will quickly learn that snokeling is more than just something to do on your vacation. It is an exciting leisure time activity with opportunites as limitless as your imagination.

Lynnhaven Dive Center's Snorkel Diver program is full of tips and advice to help make snorkeling easier and more fun.

Knowledge. In the academic session, you will be introduced to snorkeling equipment including: the mask, fins, snorkel and boots. 

Skills. Double your pleasure by learning how to get into and out of the water, how to move in the water with ease and how to identify beautiful fish.

Equipment. Find out how to purchase, adjust and maintain snorkeling equipment.
